Kat Cuttriss is the University Librarian | Pou Tuatahi at the University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. Kat has many years’ experience in the university and public library sectors, leading library system upgrades, building refurbishments and organisational change initiatives. She is the former Chair of PLNZ (Public Libraries of New Zealand) and is passionate about co-designing physical and digital library experiences and services with communities for whom they are intended. Kat has published and presented in a range of areas throughout her career, including customer service innovations, leadership and leading through change, co-designing with communities, and career development pathways to foster talent in the library and information sectors.
