Dr Anuradha Khara is a seasoned Educational Designer with nearly a decade of experience, currently working at the University of Tasmania (UTAS). Passionate about course design, she specialises in constructive alignment, assessment task development, and rubric design. Her expertise spans pedagogy, andragogy, educational technology, and adult learning principles, enabling her to create engaging, student-centered, and active learning experiences. In her role, Anuradha ensures assessments align with the university’s academic integrity policies and procedures. She is also actively involved in shaping the university’s strategy to address integrity risks associated with the unethical use of Gen-AI tools.
