Lou is a former secondary educator who has transitioned to the role of Education Services Librarian at UNSW Library. With experience teaching English in both independent and public schools, Lou has designed programs for Years 7-12 across GCSE, IB and HSC credentials. She has also held leadership roles to support students academically and in their wellbeing. At UNSW Library, Lou plays a key role in enhancing the quality of library-delivered workshops, training, and digital learning resources, focusing on digital pedagogies, hybrid learning, and user experience. Currently, Lou is pursuing higher degree research in Learning Management Systems for inclusive learning.
