Matt Dunn has over 15 years of experience in technology consulting, he leads the AI & Automation Consulting practice at The Missing Link. His mission is to help our clients streamline their businesses by combining AI and automation solutions from the likes of OpenAI, UiPath and Microsoft.

He has successfully delivered technology improvement programmes for various industries, including telco, finance, construction, government and healthcare, enabling clients to increase productivity, reduce costs, and remove human error. He also has a strong background in project management, negotiation, and performance measurement, as well as a keen interest in AI ethics and data security. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and insights through workshops, publications, and online courses.
